Day Solutions Inc. and Day Solutions Foundation will honor twelve recipients, including seven adults with developmental disabilities, whose meritorious commitment to giving has earned them the President’s Volunteer Service Award. The award, recognized at a national level, is bestowed upon dedicated United States Citizens and volunteers who serve as inspirations to others by answering the call for service in their communities.
Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe and Rudy Veit, candidate for State Representative, District 59 will both attend to show appreciation for the guests of honor. Both are longtime supporters of the developmental disabilities community and career long volunteers themselves. Each honoree will be presented with a personalized certificate, medallion, and congratulatory letter from President Donald Trump.
